HMP-4302 Self-crosslinked acrylic copolymer dispersion

◆Product introduction：

HAISUN^® HMP-4302 is a self-crosslinked acrylic copolymer dispersion using soap-free polymerization technology. It has the characteristics of fine particle size and clear appearance, and can be widely used in wood, solvent-based primer, varnish and color paint coating on plastics.

It has the following features:

1, fine particle size, wet sample and dry film have excellent clear appearance.

2, outstanding wood perforation, excellent warming effect.

3, the paint film hardness is high, the hardness establishment speed is fast.

4, excellent adhesion to multiple substrates, such as wood, a variety of solvent-based primers such as UV/PU/PE, a variety of plastic bases

Materials (ABS, PC, PVC, triamine board, etc.) good adhesion.

5, has a wide range of compatibility, with the mainstream PUD&PUA compatibility.

6. Excellent reactivity to various crosslinking agents such as aziridine, carbonized diimide and silane.

7, mixed with ethanol storage stability is good, can be used as the main color modifier.

◆Storage condition：

It should be stored in a closed container to avoid freezing and high

temperature. It is recommended that the normal storage temperature be 5C~35C. The effective storage period is six months from the date of packaging.

◆Scope of application：

1, general water-based single-component wood bottom varnish or color paint.

2, water-based single-component "oil bottom water surface" wood bottom paint.

3, all kinds of plastic (ABS, PC, PVC, triamine board, etc.) waterborne single-component paint.

4, water-based tinting agent.
