HMP-4004 Hydroxyl acrylic emulsion 

Product  description

HMP-4004 is a two-component water-based wood paint special low hydroxyl emulsion, suitable for  use with water-based isocyanate curing agent as a two-component. This product does not contain  any solvent, the smell in the tank is very low, the resulting film permeability is good, the early  hardness is fast, adapt to the rapid grinding production line, especially suitable for the preparation  of two-component varnish. 

Product characteristics 

1. The overnight hardness of the film can be close  to F, and the final hardness can reach H;  

2. Dry film permeability, excellent tolerance; 

3. Solvent-free, very low smell inside the tank. 

4. Good compatibility with hardener , long  opening time.

Hardener can be used with our HMP-2000 series products, also can be used with other water-based isocyanate hardener.

Please store in a cool and dry place away from light, the storage temperature should be 5~30, keep  the package intact, the shelf life of this product from the date of production is six months, more than  six months, it is recommended to evaluate the performance before use. This product needs to be  strictly protected from frost, after opening the package, it is recommended to use it all at once.Please  filter properly before use.
