HMP-4003 High hydroxyl acrylic emulsion

Product description

HMP-4003 is a high hydroxyl value acrylic emulsion for two-component water-based wood  paint, cross-linked with water-based isocyanate curing agent.

Product characteristics 

1. High hydroxyl content, excellent hardness of cured  film, early hardness establishment fast;  

2.The minimum film forming temperature is low, can add less or no film additives;  

3.Environmental protection does not add formaldehyde  and APEO, no solvent addition, low odor; 

4.The resin can be directly mixed with  water-dispersible isocyanate curing agent , there is no need to dilute curing agent  with water in advance; 

5.Good water and chemical resistance.

Hardener can be used with our HMP-2000 series products, also can be used with other water-based isocyanate hardener.

Please store in a cool and dry place away from light, the storage temperature should be 5~30, keep  the package intact, the shelf life of this product from the date of production is six months, more than  six months, it is recommended to evaluate the performance before use. This product needs to be  strictly protected from frost, after opening the package, it is recommended to use it all at once.Please  filter properly before use.
