HMP-4002 Acrylic copolymer emulsion

Product description 

HMP-4002 is an acrylic copolymer emulsion with medium hydroxyl content. Designed for  waterborne two-component industrial varnish or color paint. Combined with hydrophilic  modified isocyanate curing agent, it shows excellent transparency and chemical resistance, and has the characteristics of fast hardness establishment and high hardness of paint film. This  product has no artificial addition of ethoxyalkyl phenol (APEO), no formaldehyde and  formaldehyde release. Fungicide: CMIT/MIT3:110ppm and MIT200ppm.

1.Good compatibility with water-based isocyanate curing  agent. 

2.The hardness establishment speed is fast, and the hardness of the paint film reaches 2H. 

3.Good compatibility with  various PUD/PUA. 

4.Excellent chemical resistance.

Please store in a cool and dry place away from light, the storage temperature should be 5~30, keep  the package intact, the shelf life of this product from the date of production is six months, more  than six months, it is recommended to evaluate the performance before use. This product  needs to be strictly protected from frost, after opening the package, it is recommended to use it all  at once.Please filter properly before use.
